The ICPAS Inaugural Budget Series consist of the Inaugural Pre-Budget Roundtable , Post-Budget Roundtable and the Budget Seminar.
The series of budget events to be held relating to the 2010 Budget is part of the Institute’s feedback platform where we engaged the different segments of the CPA community, academia and business leaders to gather views and provide relevant feedback to the Government as part of our responsibility to support nation building.
In January 2010, the Pre-Budget Roundtable was conducted to provide the platform for top executives, senior management, practitioners, thought leaders, business owners and entrepreneurs to comment on the 2009 Budget and share their views on what should be in for the "Expansionary" 2010 Budget. Shortly after the Pre-Budget Roundtable, ICPAS Research will be holding the Post-Budget Roundtable to provide a platform to address the gaps between what was expected in this Budget vis-a-vis what was announced.
