Registration Policy
  • Full payment must be made before the commencement of the programme.
  • There will strictly be no refund or cancellation upon ICPAS' receipt of this form.
  • Programme fee will be payable even in the event of non-attendance. Replacements are welcomed at no charge.
  • No deferment is allowed.

Authorization and Consent
  • I consent to ICPAS to collect and keep all information pertaining to me for purposes of conducting the programme.
  • I consent to receive Short Message Service (SMS) messages and emails on programme updates from ICPAS.
