How to become a CPA Singapore > Fellow Membership Application
A Practising or Non-practising Member of the Institute may apply to the Institute to be admitted as a Fellow of the Institute, provided he has:
- 10 years of continuous full membership with the Institute; and
- not less than 5 years at a senior management level or equivalent, or been in full-time practice as a public accountant either individually or in partnership.
