Pre-admission courses are conducted by the Singapore Accountancy Academy at least once a month for provisional members.
Continuing Professional Education Programme The Institute's Continuing Professional Education (CPE) programme, which comprises both structured and unstructured learning activities, is to help members upgrade and keep abreast of new developments in the accountancy profession and the working world. CPE became compulsory for practising members from 1 July 1995 and mandatory for non-practising members from 1 July 1996.
Under the CPE programme, the Singapore Accountancy Academy runs courses and organises seminars on a variety of technical, professional, management, financial and business subjects. These courses and seminars are offered to non-members as well.
