Associate Financial Analyst - Airports


Academic Qualifications:Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent professional Accountancy qualifications/ACCA


Brief Job Responsibilities:
  • Review the Estimates At Completion (EACs) for all Firm Fixed Priced projects and ensure that the EACs are captured in Costpoint on a timely and accurate manner
  • Support the Financial Analyst in the Month-End Closing activities, which include working with the Airports Business Unit (BU) to generate the monthly Profit and Loss (based on the EACs), Capital and Bookings projections for submission to the Headquarters
  • Generate monthly Customer Invoices and Billing Schedules in an accurate and timely manner, and follow up on collection status with the BU
  • Ensure that all suppliers' invoices for Airports Division are properly coded, approved and processed by the Headquarters' Accounts Payable team on a timely basis
  • Generate the Costing Sheets for Firm Fixed Price bids, on an ad-hoc basis
  • Undertake any other adhoc projects
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience.
  • Very high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proactive individual who is highly persistent and meticulous.
  • Independent, organized and a fast learner who is able to work within tight timelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for details.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, enjoy interacting with people across cultures.
