Brief Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will manage monthly closing of Singapore, and other region. He/ She will consolidate financial statements in compliance with statutory law, ensure monthly financial & metric reporting to US Corporate is in compliance and develop & prepare monthly cash flow forecast, variance analysis & other operational reporting. She/ He will prepare and analyze staff utilization rates and other corporate metrics and develop and implement improved internal controls over the accounting processes. This position will manage the year end audit, tax return preparation, budget preparation and monthly forecast reporting and has to work closely with the management to provide support to the strategic decision making process.
This position will lead/provide international financial support to business development teams through timely and accurate information, financial analyzes/models and cost analysis and oversee financial analysis on key strategic international bids and proposals, providing business impact summaries and/or financial models, inclusive of quantified risks and opportunities. She/ He will supervise a team of 4-6 staff.

Requirements:
- At least 7 to 9 years of relevant experience with minimum 4 years of experience as Financial Analyst/ Accountant, with experience in full set of accounts & supervisory experience
- Hands on project costing, budgeting and group consolidation experience
- Exposure in a regional finance support role will be highly advantageous
- Able to communicate and work across all levels
- Self starter with strong analytical skill and an eagerness to resolve issues
- Able to meet tight deadlines, focused, self-motivated and committed
- Experience in Audit, Costing and Analysis
- A leader that can think out of the box
- Must have a passion to lead and develop others and like to work in various financial functions.
- The ideal candidate must be an outstanding communicator that can lead a department of 4 to 6 people and a self starter with strong analytical skills who possesses the eagerness to resolve issues
