Brief Job Responsibilities:
- Analyses the financial figures during month-end close for the Airports Business Unit.
- Maintains the Division's Dashboard
- Works with the Business Unit to submit monthly P&L projections and other reports to Corporate Reporting
- Generates quarterly financial reporting packages for VP Finance's review
- Supervises a team of 2 staffs in the month-end closing activities, preparation of monthly invoices, review of EAC and Accounts Receivables
- Review the monthly Estimate at Completion (or EAC)
- Works with the Business Unit to prepare the annual budget
- Generates the Costing Sheets for bids, on an ad-hoc basis
- Undertake any other adhoc projects/assignments

Requirements:
- Three or more years relevant experience required, inclusive of 2 years of Audit experience is preferred.
- Must have an understanding of cost accounting, financial analysis and planning tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required - specifically Excel (Intermediate/ Advanced level)
- Must have strong communications skills in English (written and verbal)
- Independent, organized and a fast learner who is able to work within tight timelines
- Proactive individual who is highly persistent and meticulous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for details
