• Manage and control monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Provide analysis and commentaries on monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors on financial reporting matters
• Liaise with tax agent on tax compliance
• Ensure compliance with group accounting policies and SFRS. Keep abreast of the development of accounting advise sub-system owners on adoption where applicable
• Assist in projects involving process automation and documentation

• A few years of accounting experience with good understanding of the fundamentals in the financial arena and ERP environment
• Candidates with audit experience will be preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong computer literacy and preferably with experience in SAP systems
• Strong accounting background with food understanding of SFRS and SGX reporting requirements
• A good team player, independent and able to meet tight reporting deadlines
• Pleasant and amiable personality to deal with all levels of personnel
• Motivated and has a drive to improve on current processes or make/propose changes for greater efficiency and effectiveness in reporting
• Must be organized, meticulous and have an eye for details
