| Academic Qualifications: | Bachelor in Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent, 'CPA Singapore' preferred |
|
Brief Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the technical reinsurance accounting and external/internal reporting functions.
- Guide and define internal processes of the department
- Control, monitor and report on the non-life actual/forecast, business analysis activities and coordinate the equivalent actual/forecast functions
- Support the servicing, training and consulting of (potential) clients in reinsurance accounting related areas upon demand
- Support non-life underwriting through provision of financial underwriting performance and cash-flow data as well as the IBNR calculation process

Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years professional experience
- Sound knowledge and experience in reinsurance accounting
- Basic direct insurance and reinsurance knowledge
- Excellent command of English in both written and verbal communications
- Strength in analytical skill and good mathematical ability
- Highly motivated team player with good interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
