Registration

• Registration must be made on application form.
• Please attach additional registration forms if enrolling for more than one member of staff.

• Registration are on a first-come-first-serve basis. However, if there are vacancies after the closing date, registration will still be accepted and payment must be made immediately.

Payment

• Payment should reach us by the closing date. All cheques must be crossed and made payable to Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore or ICPAS.
  Our GST registration no. is M4-0001553-8.
• Separate cheques are to be issued for different seminars.
• Students and Staff of Practising members are entitled to ICPAS member's rate.
• Please kindly indicate participant's name, the seminar code or title on the back of the cheque.
• An invoice-cum-receipt will be issued after payment has been processed

Membership And Related Seminar Fees

• "ICPAS members" refers to a provisional member, non-practising member or practising member.
• "Staff of Practising member" refers to a participant who works for an accounting firm. Hence, staff member will be entitled to member's rate.
  However, endorsement (such as the company stamp and the employer's signature) is required on the registration form.
• "Student" refers to students registered under CAT, ATTS or ACCA Joint Scheme.
  Students are required to quote student registration number and a duplicate copy of their student card to be submitted together with their registration form.

Course Confirmation

• All participants will receive the confirmation letter via fax, mail or email at least 1(one) week before seminar commencement.

Venue

• All seminars will be conducted in the CPA house unless otherwise advised in the confirmation letter to the participants.

CPE Hours

• CPE seminars conducted by the Singapore Accountancy Academy will be accorded 7 CPE hours for a full-day course and 3.5 CPE hours for a half-day course.

Certificate of Attendance

• All seminar participants will be issued with a certificate of attendance upon completing the seminar, subject to completion of payment.

Withdrawal Policy/Postponement

• Notice of withdrawal made in writing 2 weeks before course commencement - Full Refund
• Notice of withdrawal made in writing less than 2 weeks before course commencement - No Refund
• An administrative fee of $52.50 will be charged for all refunds.
• Replacement may be accepted to prior arrangement and availability.An administrative charge of S$10.30 will be charged. Notice of replacement must be made in writing at least a week before the course commences.
• Refunds will not be made for cancellations; however, replacements will be permitted on prior notification

Cancellation of Seminar

• SAA reserves the rights to cancel or change the venue, speakers, seminar dates and seminar fees should circumstances so warrant.
