Registration Now Open : Seminar on Observations by the Financial Statements Review Committee- A CPA Singapore Practice Development Initiative

The Financial Statements Review Committee (FSRC) of ICPAS reviews audited financial statements with the objective of providing constructive feedback in areas where the presentation or content of the financial statements appear to fall short of compliance with the statutory requirements including the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), the Institute’s published standards and other promulgations.

The FSRC has, on an annual basis, compiled a list of frequently occurring non-compliance points which are posted on ICPAS’ website. The top ten findings on non-compliance of the standards will be discussed during the seminar together with topics focused on specific areas in the accounting standards which members have encountered application problems and also areas which require more guidance on technical interpretation. Seminar will be held on Friday, 7 October 2011. For more details on the program and registration, please click here.
