Trainer Profiles


The instructors are all Certified Public Accountants with IT backgrounds. They have accumulated many years of relevant experience in the industry. To enhance your learning experience, an additional instructor will be present to provide hands-on guidance throughout the 4-day course.


Course Duration


The BAR course is a 4-day course from 9am to 5pm. Course duration is broken down to 2 days per week over 2 weeks. Participants are strongly encouraged to attend the Advanced Excel for Financial Reporting (AER) course before attending the 4-day BAR course.

Pre-Requisites


  1. Applicants are hereby reminded that at least one of the following pre-requisites MUST be a "YES" in order to attend the "Business Analytics and Reporting" (BAR) Programme.

     

    • Has attended / Is attending the "Advanced Excel for Financial Reporting" (AER) course
      OR:

       

    • Achieves at least 70% in the Self-Assessment Test for proficiency in 20 of the required Excel Functions.

     

  2. ICPAS BAR Trainers reserve the right to deny any participant from the course who fails to meet the pre-requisites competently.
